Air Crash BA 747 & Building at Oliver Tambo International

The cause of the recent collision between a BA Jumbo Jet, which apparently found itself on the wrong taxiway, and a building at Oliver Tambo has now been discovered. 

 It appears that instead of listening to and complying with Air Traffic Control instructions, they instead followed the hand signals from that interpreter who did duty at Mandela's memorial service in Soweto:
